At GP Barber Supply, we want every order to reach you in perfect condition. Please read this policy before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Equipment & Tools (Clippers, Trimmers, Dryers, Shavers)
We accept returns on electric tools within 30 days of delivery if the item arrives defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was listed. Items must be in original packaging with all included accessories. Tools showing signs of use beyond initial inspection are not eligible.
Grooming Products (Gels, Aftershaves, Pomades, Sprays, Colognes)
Due to health and hygiene regulations, opened or used grooming consumables are non-refundable. If your product arrives damaged, leaking, or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it at no charge.
Accessories, Combs & Barber Supplies
Unopened accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition.
Capes & Apparel
Capes may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
How to Start a Return
- Email gpbarbersupply@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return
- Attach photos of any damage or defect
- We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions
Do not ship items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
GP Barber Supply covers return shipping for defective or damaged items. For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, email us at gpbarbersupply@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used grooming consumables (gels, colognes, aftershaves, pomades, sprays, powders)
- Razor blades and single-use items (hygiene reasons)
- Neck strips and disposable barber supplies
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards
